The Fifth Schedule details residents’ maintenance obligations and the rules for making any alterations to properties. The Seventh Schedule contains regulations for the use of the Garden and Roadway. The Seventh Schedule also allows the Board to adopt additional regulations. These additional regulations can be found here:

Residents should be aware that the Deed provides for the somewhat draconian penalty of losing their freehold if they breach any of the Deed’s covenants or the additional regulations.
