The Garden is open to all residents and their accompanied guests.

Keys are available from the Managing Agent. You will need to collect your key in person from their offices. The address is in the Contact section. Proof of residence and a deposit are needed, along with this form:

Formally these rules are part of the Seventh Schedule of the Rentcharge Deed that governs the Triangle Amenity estate and, as such, are legally binding on all residents.
